Anyone can learn Tai Chi and the good news is that you do not need to be fit to start! People from all walks of life are using it to ease the stresses and strains of everyday life.

What we teach...
- The basic “Form” of Tai Chi.
- Chi Kung - energy building exercises to strengthen the immune system, aid digestion and help build all round good health.
- Weapons forms are also optionally taught in class. These include the Fan forms, the Tai Chi straight and broadsword forms.

Tai Chi is a low impact exercise. However, as with all forms of exercise, if you have an existing medical condition or have any concerns about your health it is advisable to consult your GP before enrolling in a class.
