Recent research supports the ability of Tai Chi to build good health, calm the mind and take control.

What we teach...

  • The basic “Form” of Tai Chi.
  • Chi Kung - energy building exercises to strengthen the immune system, aid digestion and help build all round good health.
  • Weapons forms are also optionally taught in class. These include the Fan forms, the Tai Chi straight and broadsword forms.

The friendly atmosphere in the classes encourages students to develop within their own abilities and at a pace which is suited to them.
